Payment Terms:
The customer’s credit card will be charged 24 hours prior to shipment. In the event of a backorder status, the customer’s credit card will not be charged until the product is in stock and ready to ship.
Return Policy:
Product returns are allowed (customer must pay return freight) as long as the tool is in the original packaging, is un-used, and all accessories (wrenches, fasteners etc.) are present. After a product has been installed, or put into service, the customer must go through the warranty process for repair or replacement (terms below).
Mountain Air™ One Year Limited Warranty
(Note: Some Die Grinders have 90 day Warranty period see product detail)
Mountain Air™ tools are built with quality and durability in mind, and warrants to the original user that under normal operating conditions will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
To activate the warranty, the user must mail the above warranty card within 2 weeks of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, this card will be referenced along with proof of purchase (copy of the original store receipt).
This warranty does not cover damage to the tool due to:
The warranty does not cover repairs or replacement made by anyone other than Cumberland Products LLC. Under no circumstances will Cumberland Products LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
To qualify for warranty service, all tools must have the serial number affixed and must be accompanied by a description of the problem and the name, address and daytime phone of the registered owner.
